Gayathri Shanbhag, MS-Nutrition, led another successful cooking class yesterday evening teaching students how to make tasty, healthy and quick lunch and dinner meals. She educated students on how to use the right culinary herbs for the different Ayurvedic Mind-Body types as well as for the current season.
Recipes included: Kichadi, Black-Eyed Peas soup, & a Carrot-Cucumber Raita.
