In order to maintain good health and balance your mind-body type, one should implement a daily routine, also known as Dinacharya:
Wake up at/around sunrise (sattvic or “pure” time of the day)
Eliminate your bowels
Tongue Scraping
Brush teeth and throat gargle
Drink a warm glass of water
Oil massage or “self abhyanga”
Practice 20-30 minutes of yoga (seek guidance from a doctor first before starting)
Shower
Eat a nutritious meals throughout the day as per your mind-body type
Do not overexert yourself
Practice some form of mindfulness/meditation/or breathing session in the evening
Go to bed early
