Yesterday, Dr. Shanbhag concluded his Wellness Workshop series focusing on “Bedtime Routines: Care of Face, Skin, Feet & Bowels.”
Since February 23rd, 2017, Dr. Shanbhag has been leading 60 minute wellness workshops on alternating Thursdays focusing on different health routines that can boost one’s diet and lifestyle.
