Gayathri Shanbhag, MS-Nutrition, led a wonderful cooking class yesterday evening in our outdoor teaching classroom. She taught students how to cook quick, tasty, yet healthy breakfast and mid-morning snack dishes by using healing culinary herbs. Gayathri focused on how people can cook for their mind-body type and metabolism with simple recipes. At the end of the class, participants were able to try the different dishes prepared and get a better understanding of how easy it is to prepare healthy meals.
