Dr. Shanbhag along with his team led a successful class on Morning Wellness Routine on Saturday, June 3rd. Participants spent an hour learning about how to care for the 5 senses, muscles, joints, digestion/metabolism, breath, and mind. The class concluded with everyone enjoying a wellness smoothie as per their mind-body type in Ayurveda.
